A new school with specialist SEN spaces
The project involves the construction of a new two-storey junior school, combining teaching spaces with a range of specialist rooms for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
BCC's appointment covers Building Control consultancy and oversight during the design phase, supporting the Principal Designer and Design Team.

BCC delivers Building Control consultancy and oversight as part of the design phase. We support the Principal Designer and Design Team by providing the appropriate competence in the Building Regulations, through the provision of a Registered Building Inspector to the appropriate class for this building.
